Warranty and Return Policy

sPOD offers a 1 year warranty from date of purchase from manufacturer’s defects with proof of purchase.

No warranty is given on normal wear and tear or negligence. This includes damages created by using product beyond its intended use.


All claims must be made in writing by mail, fax or email directly to sPOD. A copy of the original invoice MUST be provided by the buyer.

sPOD systems will be repaired or replaced at our discretion.


Return and Refund Policy

Our policy for returns is 30 days from receipt of merchandise for a full refund less shipping charges. All shipping charges are at the buyer’s expense. Conditions for a full refund are as follows:
Merchandise needs to be returned unused with all printed material and accessories enclosed and be re-saleable.

All returns must be accompanied with a return merchandise authorization number and a receipt of original purchase. Please call or email us for this number.

After 30 days, no refunds or credit will be given.

We strongly recommend you insure all packages before shipping. We are not responsible for lost or stolen merchandise while in transit. We assume liability once it has reached our facilities.
